This April, I am introducing the April Progress your Push Up Challenge.💪 This challenge is to do 400 push ups in April. These push ups can be done in any form of your choice. It may be as a wall press, a push up with your hands on a bench/ surface or even as a floor press (with or without you knees on the floor).
✅ Push ups are a great functional exercise that can help build upper body strength. They work the triceps, chest muscles and shoulders. Remember to engage your stomach muscles to also help strengthen the lower back and core.
