I started Bounce Back Exercise after noticing that people with Cancer, Parkinson’s and MS are far too often neglected by the fitness industry. I aim to create more opportunities for people to come together and experience the benefits of exercise no matter their age, fitness, health or ability.
Exercise and sport can be incredibly sociable. They create opportunities to meet new people, catch up with friends and for people to come together to work to achieve a common goal. Bounce Back Exercise is a place where everyone is welcome. A place for people to come together no matter their age, their ability their health or their fitness and feel supported through exercise.

Exercise is an accessible and affordable way to have fun and feel happy. Exercise increases levels of feel-good chemicals such as serotonin and dopamine. I believe that with exercise, there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach, however there is something for everyone. Bounce Back Exercise will help you find the exercise you enjoy as it is is only this one that you are ever going to stick to!
