Easy Sushi Bowl

  Ingredients  Sushi rice, nori (seaweed) sheets, smoked salmon, beetroot, tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, lemon, sesame seeds, sugar, vinegar.    Method: Cook the sushi rice following. When cooked, sprinkle over the sugar and vinegar. Cover and leave aside for 5 minutes.  Divide the rice between bowls.
